The village of Puisseguin stands on a limestone plateau in the continuity of Saint-Emilion. This terroir expresses itself in the fine bouquet of its wines (cinnamon, tobacco, ripe black fruits) and in a palate of restrained power.

Grape varieties: 90% Merlot - 10% Cabernet Franc

AOC Puisseguin Saint-Emilion

The village of Puisseguin stands on the limestone plateau that extends the St Emilion plateau to the east. Our 8.5 ha vineyard is distinguished by a higher proportion of limestone, which is expressed in deep, elegant wines. Merlot, which reigns supreme throughout the Libourne region, expresses a wide range of aromas here. From blackberry in its youth, it evolves towards notes of fig, and reveals accents of mint. On the palate, our Puisseguin St EMilion wines charm with their dense yet fleshy texture.
