Every year, we plant on the footbridges bought in 1986 by Aunt Irène, at the time a young farmer full of audacity and plans.
Between May and June, 2 to 4 hectares of vines take root, to maintain the dynamism of our vineyard and guarantee its potential, both in terms of quantity and quality.
This year, we chose Sauvignon blanc 🍃: a grape variety perfectly suited to the nature of our soils, to reveal all its freshness and aromatic expression.
Planting is also a highlight for our team.
