🍃 Budburst (March-April)
With the first rays of spring, the vine slowly emerges from its winter dormancy. The buds open, revealing delicate young leaves: this is the signal to wake up.
🌿 Twig growth (April-May)
The shoots lengthen visibly. The leaves unfurl, capturing the light and producing the energy the plant needs. It's an intense period when the vine is laying the foundations for its future harvest.
🌸 Flowering (late May - June)
Discreet white flowers appear: a decisive moment. Flowering determines the quality and quantity of the harvest. Homogeneous flowering, without climatic stress, is the harbinger of a good harvest.
🍇 Fruit set (June-July)
Fertilized flowers give birth to tiny green berries. The first grapes take shape: the promise of the wine to come.
